Booking, Payment & Refund Policy

How Booking Works

Submit your booking request through our website or contact our travel team directly. Our team will review your request, confirm availability and provide the relevant booking and payment instructions.

Payment Options

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Bank Transfer and Visa Card. Payment instructions are provided after your booking request has been reviewed and availability has been confirmed.

Booking Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed booking terms.

Claims & Refunds

The 30% booking deposit is refundable, subject to the applicable cancellation terms. Any fees or charges imposed by airlines, hotels, permits, tour operators or other service providers that are non-refundable will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Important: Before making payment, customers should confirm the travel dates, services, number of travelers and applicable booking conditions. Payment instructions will be provided directly by WHM AND AABM TOURS AND TRAVEL LIMITED after the booking request has been reviewed and availability confirmed.
